Established in 2015, AR Advice Limited is a consultancy business, specialising in the postal and logistics sectors.

Our Managing Director, Angus Russell, has been advising the postal, logistics and express sectors since 1997.

Industry experience includes: Senior Legal Counsel for TNT Express Worldwide (Netherlands), external advisor on the creation of the Spring joint venture among PostNL, Royal Mail and Singapore Post, and Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Whistl (United Kingdom).

Angus was instrumental in the creation of the Mail Competition Forum, a trade association representing the interests of operators who compete against Royal Mail.

AR Advice Limited’s clients for regulatory, commercial and strategic advice include several private and public postal operators, the UK Post Office, the Mail Competition Forum, the European Express Association, and the Association of International Courier Express Services (AICES – UK).

Angus is a solicitor (England and Wales, non-practising), having graduated in law from Downing College, University of Cambridge, and holds a Postgraduate diploma in EU Competition Law from King’s College London.
